3. User Content & Intellectual Property

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the music, videos, images, and text you upload to Stagefolio ("User Content").

License to Stagefolio: By posting User Content, you grant Stagefolio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Service (e.g., displaying your portfolio to fans).

Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions for all User Content you post.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Post any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

Stagefolio allows you to connect and display content from third-party platforms (e.g., Spotify, YouTube, Instagram).

We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such external services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall Stagefolio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
